Discussion about special assessments and other topics is planned. Applications and payments for 2025 pool passes will also be collected at the annual meeting.

The HOA Nominating Committee puts forward for consideration the slate of Adam Imbert (Merchant Court) and incumbent Richard Lynch (Sugar Meadow Dr) for election to open directorships of the GFFHOA Board of Directors on May 15th, Class of 2028.
