Annual Meeting Recap
The 2025 annual meeting of the Great Falls Forest Homeowners Association was held on May 15, 2025 at the Cascades Library, from 6 - 8 pm. A quorum, consisting of at least 25% of homeowners in good standing, either in attendance or represented by proxy, was achieved and the meeting was called to order.
The meeting consisted of opening statements, collecting pool pass applications, officers and committee chair reports, voting for new and incumbent members to the board of directors, and a question and answer session. Board candidate of Adam Imbert (Merchant Court) and incumbent Richard Lynch (Sugar Meadow Drive) were elected (or reelected) to the Great Falls Forest Homeowners Association Board of Directors, for a term that expires at the annual meeting of 2028.

The Board will update the community throughout the year as needed and will be seeking additional neighbor input on any special projects and potential assessments needed to fund long deferred community asset maintenance and replacement.
The Board would like to thank all the homeowners who took part in this year's annual meeting, whether in person or by proxy. It was one of the best turnouts ever, and that makes our HOA so much more effective!
As always, your community HOA board is 100% run by your neighbors who volunteer their time, effort, and expertise to make Great Falls Forest a great place to call home. Please consider joining the Board or volunteering for a community project!
6/6/25 Update: After utility marking and many weather delays, the east side Algonkian Parkway fence has been repaired.
