You can request these documents by email to president@GFFHOA.org. The documents cost $264.08 (electronic delivery). Unexpedited documents can be prepared in 10 days. The documents can be expedited for an additional $58.69 fee. Expedited disclosure documents can be prepared in approximately 7 days.
Title company reports, which often ask for the same information found in sales disclosure documents, and other updates to completed sales disclosure documents are usually processed in 7-10 days. The fee for these reports is $58.69.
If these disclosure documents are emailed to your real estate or settlement agent, the fee for these documents can be paid on or before settlement. If documents are sent directly to the property owner, the fee will be paid on or before receipt of the documents.
